PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD

After placing the products in the basket and informing your email and password, you will be directed to the order payment screen.

Select the CREDIT CARD option. Just click on the card flag of your choice.

Enter the details as they appear on the credit card.

Before completing the purchase, check the order details, payment method and delivery address.

It will not be possible to change them after completion.

To further increase your security, orders paid by credit card undergo a check of registration data.

 

If there is a registration discrepancy, we will contact you.

The delivery period informed on the website will be considered after confirmation of the registration data and approval of the payment by the administrator, which can occur in up to 2 (two) calendar days.

Orders that exceed the card's limit may be refused by the card company.

Credit cards issued abroad are not accepted.

PAYMENT WITH BANK BILL

After placing the products in the basket and informing your email and password, you will be directed to the order payment screen.

On this screen, click on the BOLETO BANCÁRIO option.

Before completing the purchase, check the order details, payment method and delivery address. It will not be possible to change them after completion.

After completing the order, use the option "print ticket".

The boleto is not sent by email (we only send the link to print it) or by post. Once printed, it can be paid at the bank branch of your choice or over the Internet, until the due date shown on the document. After that date, it expires and cannot be reprinted.

This payment method is also available for purchases through Telesales.

Delivery time: after payment of the slip, the bank confirms receipt within 3 (three) business days. The delivery period informed starts counting only after the payment has been approved and the registration data has been checked.

Failure to pay the ticket by the due date implies the automatic cancellation of the ticket and the purchase, without any charge.

 

How to print duplicate bank slip within validity

Access o  "My Account" , locate your order and use the option "Print slip".
